Teresa’s Four Waters in Song is a musical meditation on St. Teresa of Avila’s (1515-1582) teaching and experience of prayer, which she likens to four ways of watering a garden. Arise is the first in a series of 4 songs which reflect the dynamic progression of Teresa’s own response to God in music.
